is trh hot or cold?

I have the following concerns about TRH:

1. Capital cost will be US$2.4 billion,according to

RM Research report.

How will TRH raise those funds?

2. Potash mines usually take at least seven years to build.

Does the "solution mining process" planned by TRH reduce

this lengthy time-frame and if so by how much?

3. The company announcement on 19th April seems to imply

that the new CEO for their Potash investments will be

only a part-time CEO.

I'm thinking of investing in TRH but these concerns are

causing me to think twice.
