Many terms are used to describe Trump politics. To some Trump is their religious messiah. To others Trump is the shadow of evil itself.
Vance was wrong to describe Trump a "America's Hitler" because National Socialism includes external conquest (aka Putin). Trumpism harnesses American isolationist tendencies as a pathway to power.
Trump's goal of centralising "Big Government"power in cahoots with selected industry barons and far-right media channels along is FASCIST.
Trump's overlay of extreme corruption to a fascist policy base is best described as Klepto-Fascism IMO.
I've used other descriptors previously but Klepto-Fascism is a better fit.
