As per your article NavyDiver this may put an end to US Department of Energy selling "large quantities of uranium into the global market". Or at least reduced it to the point the local miners (PEN) will be beneficiaries by way of increased sales at better U prices.
The US (McCain) rants over Putin wouldn't help US security issues, so selling off the nuclear farm globally so to speak is not a smart move after what they said about him. The Russians firmly in bed with Kazakhstan and they have the U market tied up, or can/will do if they wanted to.
Be very interesting to see what pans out over this. I truly hope it is only a positive event by way of u price rises, and not something devastating. Not a good look when the two heavyweights start on this path...with China looking on.
