is try downgraded?

I have thought that recently TRY was doing well. But it looks like that some of the broker(s) has downgraded it's target price to $1.15

Need to see how will it react once the new shares released into the market for trade. They have to pickup with their operations and show some positive figures on their balance sheet for coming quarterly. The last half yr result was disappointing loss. Need to watch out...
