Turnbull is showing signs of sensibly turning back toward the centre, presumably having now shored up enough support in the party to start ignoring the Right-wing rump he had to make peace with in the aftermath of Tony's failure.
If he keeps this up he might actually win the next election and become the PM so many had hoped for.
