Twiggy sold off some potash allotments to RWD/Ruane.
My understanding is that FMG signed an agreement to spend $2m on exploration staggered over a few years for a 80/20 split in favour of FMG if they find anything.
In the meantime Dr Ruane, a true believer, keeps buying up shares in RWD. I am not sure of why he does this but I notice he buys when prices are low.
