I have no idea who will be authorised to sign on behalf of Ukraine.

If its the government/cabinet then expect something to be signed next year.

If its a Minister, then expect something to be signed after the new government is officially sworn in.

If its Ukratomprom, then it wont happen until this body is formalised again. Not sure when this will happen.

If its VostgoK, then expect anytime.
