Brett go and have a look at the last published top 20 there are not 12m shares hiding on the register - I can only find about 4 m that I cant identify - I doubt the underwriter is selling and I await the new substantial holder notices that should appear in the next few days.

If i was a conspiracy theorist I would say we may be sleeping with the enemy - M & G are long gone - ( IMO ) The key to this sell down can be found in the fine print of the $100m loan but as RNF and ROH would say thats just speculation and a hOOt W.A.G : )
