Perhaps I am wrong but the native copper and dso lying idle is possibly a clue to the issue. This then points the finger squarely at the crusher. This in turn points a finger at a deal made in shares for the successful commissioning of this crusher. Since it appears that this is not been accepted as commissioned we have problem. Am I on the right track?

Soo money is needed to continue operational payment to staff etc. while this is resolved. We are bleeding and it complicates our good realtionships with the chinese and saving face. But for how long. Cant carry on bleeding.
