Total 94m plus 20m oppies = 114m - with only 2.4m other oppies in existence they are an ants breath away from the magic 50% plus 1 share control number - Scary stuff if you think they may join forces - no problem if you believe them to be all independent - thats not to say they couldnt all vote the same way at an EGM to hypothetically change the makeup of the borad of directors.
