My guess is Sprott are reducing their holdings. They recently sold some of their SAR & SLR from memory. This causes short term pain in the share price, though once the selling is finished pressure builds in the opposite direction. As they hold something like 13%, it could go on a while longer. Pure speculation on my part though.
