Brokers didn't take to RMS because instead of drilling to prove up reserves, entering trading halts and announcing increases to our resoource, we just drilled for gold and mined.
Inclusion into the ASX 200 has probably resulted in more trading than investing types being interested in RMS, hence more severe SP swings
WD will remain a cash cow for the next 2 years minimum.
Market nervous about MM and no re-assurances given by management. The wording / reasons of the capital raising added further speculation that MM might not be a great project for RMS (I beleive it will be).
Nevada a wild card for RMS but IMO, not much value assigned by the market.
For me, at the moment, its a question of do you believe that management can deliver. Did they make the right decsion with MM, do the recent acquistions add value and did they overpay?
I still back management, I don"t beleive you get holders like Sprott on the register by being a backyard operation, and see good value in RMS currently.
Dont forget our investment in DRM, just delete the D at the front and add a S at the back.
