should turn a profit, V australia have pulled out of no profile routes, ie ( south africa, phuket etc) and now they are focusing on middle east. I read somewhere that the alliance pax numbers with etihad is growing 10percent a week in load factor. That sounds ok. the cost of fuel is abit of a concern however the oz dollar is still good, compared to when it was 70cents and fuel was $140 USD per bb. However it pays to be cautious as i believe virgin were when they realised the 6month results.
