is water-cuts normal?

    Not for downramping, just discuss.

    Currently the water-cuts rate is 28%, is this acceptable?
    Is water from formation? I noticed the water-cuts in this area is high, are other wells still in production? NDO and KIK failed due to the high water-cuts rate in the past, is PYM a totally different story?
