Maybe speculative, but we have already seen many lenders creeping various interest rates up over the past few weeks. The best rates we have seen are still available in the market, but probably not for very much longer and certainly from far fewer lenders. Market rates are on the way up (at least a little) irrespective of RBA, which spells higher margins and more profit for the banks once the loan market settles into a new range over the next month or two (or sooner) IMHO.
WBC very much oversold in my view. Gonna be a great 6-12 month investment from here.
