Many punters have done their balls on a speccie like RRS which at least rose on some news.
WEB has been taken up on pure speculation of "news" that has not even been released.
A sure sign there will be a lot of small punters left holding the bag (and nursing some losses, but still too naive to understand why).
There is easier money to be made in the market than hoping/wishing/praying that a loss making outfit like WEB is about to turn the corner.
