I assume you are talking about this article Ocker :-) and why do you think their profits are down???? and why do you think they are investing in new technology???/ Because Companies like WEB are taking their business, eating into their market share and taking their $$$ ____________ Flight Centre Limited (FLT) yesterday issued a first half profit warning after stating that it had been spending big on growing its global business. The travel agency said its first half 2004/05 pre-tax profit would be 8% to 10% lower than last year. "While this is below our initial expectations, our focus has been on developing our business globally and we have invested in the areas of expansion, productivity enhancement and technology, areas that will generate significant returns in the future," CEO Shane Flynn said. _____________
