    mitchy, you could be right. Even though WEB has a high PE/r (relative to its competitor), the market must think it deserves it. The big brokers, after the 2013 full year results came out in August, gave it a broker target of around $4.50:

    So, if the results next year, look to be similar to the results from this year, then perhaps it is oversold. It is not like it received a downgrade today- just a "business as usual" approach, with some positive reassurances about sectors of its business.

    Maybe it has some takeover target premium in its share price?
