Fyi, this isn't dodgey, this is how options work, companies can pay with options instead of money, then it is up to whoever receives the shares to cash them in or hold them or choose not to exercise them. In this case they have exercised them and probably sold them on the market. This is good for weebit, weebit gets money for these options being exercised.
