I think it is a good idea for you to be able to add $100+$100+$1m before accusing me of 'wild cost estimate' and 'distorting simple facts'

The cost is in the submitted bid to the Ministry. With your posting style, I have no intention of feeding you if you cannot DYOR.
As for Palta-1 location, I have the exact bearings of the well and have drawn up an approximate map. You are welcome to prove that I am wrong by plotting the location on a scaled map.
Again I will not bother to share info for poster with no tact in requesting info.
If you can't DYOR, at least be polite when request for info.
