Thanks Kesselrun for some of those clarifying points and taking the time to follow up. As I have posted several times, I would like to have seen and I hope we do see ( in the next Qtrly or even before that) some clarification from KOR on exactly what aspects are outstanding that need to be incorporated into the NOI. What we do not want is simply another repeat vaguish statement that the NOI is "progressing" and /or we are waiting on getting permits in place. Clarification is needed on the exact status of the NOI and what permit(s) are we waiting on.
