mcbr1990, I do my due diligence so I went to the EPA website in NT and found the following link
https://ntepa.nt.gov.au/environmental-assessments/env-assessment-guidelinesI cannot find any document relating to NOI, but I can find one relating to EIS (Environmental Impact Statement). The document your relating to is from 2015.
Also on that site is a link to assessment completed, incomplete, under assessment and in draft form
https://ntepa.nt.gov.au/about-ntepa/legislation. The only relationship I can find relating to Winchester is to an incomplete EIS report conducted by Mt Grace in 2002.
Lemand I have read the announcement from Jan 17 and it states Korab's obligations with regards to the agreement are subject to completing the permitting. The permitting is not subject to an off-take agreement. What this means is there
is no off-take agreement until the permitting is completed.
I am doing my due diligence and I cannot find any information supporting Korab's submission of relevent documents. Calling the company will only give me more Korab propoganda as in announcements. I have even called the NT Mines Department to find out if there have been submissions. I'm awaiting a response. What, in your professional opinion, should a shareholder do when the company they own shares in is being coy on providing full updates on the permitting, management, JORC compliancy etc.
I look forward to the AGM as I will have many questions.
