I guess LUM now realise that Americans "love" everything until it comes time
to sign. Then they try to get you down to the price they want to pay.
I'm skeptical as to the budget excuse. Sure thats what Disney would have said, but come on, Disney have plenty of cash and they were getting a cheap deal.
