what part of all the communication from the company dont you understand , they have reviewed the assets and felt best to deal on it in a manner that will give the best outcome to shareholders
1. we dont rate the prospects , compared to what we are currently working on
2. on the off chance there is something there let's make sure we have some upside
3.if not interest park it for now
