SNE 2 has put a floor under the price so don't think BEL duster will be a big negative, if that eventuates, particularly if SNE 3 testing is a good result.
Re the capex there are a range of funding option involving debt and equity, staging development etc. If it is a robust project, the funding will be available, one way or another. BTW does the $800m refer to FAR's share of SNE development? Seems somewhat high to me over $5bill at 15% equity.
