i must first chastise you for asking a serious question on the nor thread. just wait til billy hears about this.
wp to wp calls are free only in apple devices at th moment. an andriod release iminent that will allow true free world phone calls.
the situation is less clear if your out of wifi or mobile data range. anybody else have more info ?
