    Though there is no formal announcement regarding dividend, but in an investor presentation on 29 May 2017, it was mentioned that "XPD will endeavour to maintain an annual minimum dividend" subject to certain conditions. In addition, the Board maintains the discretion to determine whether or not a dividend is payable. Not sure how to interpret this information
