When XRF declined to pay an interim div despite having plenty cash i can only assume it's because management have their eyes closely on a couple of firms they are thinking of buying-out. For ages XRF have statd they are 'looking for acquisition(s)' but so far nothing. Far better to do nothing than buy the wrong company imo. Plus any TO should have key targets as part of purchase agreement. An ann soon wouldn't surprise. Hopefully not something too large.
