Gov't enterprises can compete through subsidies, given, that gov't handouts from IMF would not be available.
Cons
Cash liquidity of a problem. Does it really affect us? The Chinese can simply pay us in AUD into AUD bank accounts, which are then transferred to Zimbabwe to pay wages.
