Hi, Maxmass. Instead of asking for a re-invention of the wheel, it may be more prudent and respectful of other peoples' time if you take the time to 1. read a plethora of posts/threads on the ZIP forum. They will surely address most of our concerns, and others you may actually need to research yourself and conduct own due diligence, and not rely on forum answers.

Personally, having read HC forums over the past months, I have come to see (and experience) Traders (or short term holders) merely wishing to possibly cast doubt into the minds of the less confident in ZIP so they hopefully enter the stock at lesser prices (if it trades at low volumes to lower SP) from which they benefit.

I don't have the time to regurgitate the merits nor share details of my own valuations. This onus is on each and every investor (and Traders will just have to 'gamble').

I prefer investing in a business with comparative advantages over more mature competitors; business monetising already when leading Apps were losing millions when taken over; management that have thus far known, and not panicked, and driven value (not merely SP as some suggest). White-labelling with major implications already flagged; etc etc etc. Platforms not even polished; full on marketing not even allowed reasonable time for traction...and people on forums casting very negative accusations at not only the business, but on ethics of the Management.

Disgrace.
