The Sezzle acquisition makes absolutely no sense and in my view as Goldman provided warehouse facilities for both companies it was simply a move to prevent Sezzle going bust and contaminating the whole industry.
Sezzle recent 10 Q saw them pay down loan facility by $26 million and I would imagine the same thing is happening with Zip
