In october 2015 axiomkb applied to the High Court to reopen case number 258/11 in order to find that SMMS was in contempt of court for breaching orders made by the High Court, which prohibited SMMS from interfering with the lawful business activities of Axiomkb Limited.
The case hasnt been listed or heard yet.
SMMS seem to be a vindictive lot so nothing would surprise me re dodgy newspaper articles, stirring up the locals with rumours or sending sooks onto blog sites to create **.
Hope they dont do the case before we get isabel back though. Probably an unecessary distraction ATM.
