I have no problem with reporting DD mate.. but seriously take a step back and get your facts right first.
For a start the COA did NOT in any way indicate it did not know who the rightful landowners were. Your repetition of slightly skewed and inaccurate information posted adnauseum is helpful to no one least of all yourself. AVQ has positives and negatives. Look at them and reassess by all means. But if you can stop the innocent 'oh i thought he meant' stuff thatd be sweet thanks.
