That was actually what I thought he meant, that AVQ was seeking damages which he cleared up afterwards a few hours after my post. And I thought 3 new landowners were added to the JV after the CoA, according to some posters so don't quote me on that as I can't find that information anywhere......
It looks like they have drilled more than 10% of area done by INCO, I think they did find a total of 20Mt (which I quoted previously) but less tonnage are 1.5% laterite nickel ore grade.......
