ISD - this is just deploarble

Seriously - how can a stock that was capped above $550M lose over 33% on the half year announcement. The ASX is a disgrace.
How is it possible that a CEO/Chairman of the Board and a CFO still keep their jobs when they deliver a result that shaves over 33% off the market capitalisation in one trading day. Its obscene.

If they haven't "guided" analysts and the broader financial community on the results then this type of behaviour is just unacceptable. It is not acceptable for a company of this size, in this type of market segment to have this sharemarket result.

Where is good corporate governance? Where is ASIC? What the hell was the CEO/CFO and Chairman doing? They should all resign and pass the baton onto those more worthy.
