Article in the y'day's fin seems to suggest that this ISF takeover could become rather protracted... particularly if Cohen digs his heels in and challenges the support given by OCP to the CSC bid. CSC really need Cohen's support on this...I wonder if they (CSC) would continue to proceed if this turns into a long protracted legal battle. Maybe 15 cents for shareholders now doesn't seem so bad after all. Doesn't sound like Cohen wants CSC to get ISF.
