ISF is starting to remind me a lot of DMX. It had a lot of potential and kept disappointing. Eventually the Exec Chairman, Jon somebody, was "forced" to step down but had a 3 year Service Agreement (and I think stayed on as Chairman). From memory there was a share placement the same year and the share went 30c to 120c in 12 months.
DMX also had 4-5 times as many sellers as buyers for a long time and there were these bouts of panic selling that saw millions of shares change hands and big % movements down. Was not fun watching if they were part of your portfolio and worse if you where one of the charlies averaging down.
Will ISF follow the same fate. Similar issues are
- CEO no longer in control but still plays a part
- defined strategy (sort of)
- delivering on the strategy
- good product (open to debate)
