Agree with timbin4, great move by management, the dividend isn't something that's going to hurt their cash on hand, and its also been flagged that it will be an ongoing payout which will steadily rise over time.
Ticking boxes, giving the company a dividend yeild, as well as maintaining working capital for further expansion, on track to ramp up operations.
Nothing but good news.
