I like the dividend; yes it's small but it's another thing in a reasonably long line of DF announcing something and then doing it. Ridley aside management have a great record of doing what they say.
It will be interesting to see where to from here with their next steps as listening to the BRR broadcast it will be a busy 12 months to get to their next target.
