So if BNYM were told about the Nasdaq listing 10? Days ago and the rest of the market wasn't , giving them an opportunity to manipulate the SP for a favorable outcome in their buy up at the expense of those that sold out , then why isn't that insider trading.
This is my first experience in at stock that is to be dual listed and am wondering if this is the usual practice to keep the punters in the dark while the big guys get in for their chop?
I want to punch someone.
