They even use this line:

“the evidence before the court shows a serious question to be tried in respect of the accuracy of particular findings made by ASX as detailed in its statement of reasons.”

Hahaha...because it was discussed here right? Always after people discuss something here and then pop it goes the announcement...errmm no...letter? Email? Corespondence? Whatever...

This is the same thing that happened back when people were questioning "who asked for the suspension", then pop it went that ASIC didn't direct yada yada...
