Well, ASX can't delist ISX simply because it doesn't like ISX's tone. There has to be clear evidence of a breach of listing rules and in procedural fairness the remedy would be to work with ISX to fix the issues, not to delist. All these exchanges whether we like them or not aren't grounds for delisting ISX. ISX has also expressed its intention to comply with the directions. The reason things got nasty after court (it's pretty clear now) is because ASX is tryng to moderate ISX's response to the SOR, which is unfair. What more can ASX do besides the suspension and suppressing information under the cloak of "making sure it's factual and accurate for the market"?

It's obvious to a "reasonable person" that ASX has overstepped its bounds as an impartial market operator.
