iSignthis’ official response to ASX’s “Statement of Reasons", page-45

Taking into consideration what Centro11has posted it seems ASX are well within their rights to remove ISX from the official list. 17.12 says the ASX can remove you from the list if you’re unable or unwilling to comply with a listing rule. It seems rather harsh but there it is in writing for anyone in doubt. ISX can still try the procedural fairness aspect in court but they’re still going to be required to provide all the info ASX require! What’s stopping ISX from doing that now? I had originally thought the sensitive info would be provided in court with an undertaking that this would stay confidential!
