I guess that ASX doesn't see the market they run as a democratic org run on the concept of free-speech. Its their show and they'll do as they see fit without regard to shareholders' need to know.
Political parties run their show in the similar manner. If there's something they want covered up, censorship os ok by their rules. Wouldn't want the Brand damaged now would they.
