I'd be surprised if he ever came out and said he WAS worried. In private though, the regulator obviously feels there is something in it to warrant an investigation. I sold out of it and pretty happy I did, made some profit but not as much as I could have if I'd sold out sooner. Will it get to those heights again? Time will tell. I would guess regardless of the outcome of the investigation there will be a lot of investors holding back from investing in ISX until there is a bit more stability in the business. Seems too high risk for me right now.
