what is considered a high risk customer? can anyone explain ? 6% maybe a lot and what %tage of transaction value do they represent?

ISX business reputation risk is more about the type of business it facilitates not the type of customer that uses the platform.

although 6% seems high to me, doubt Westpacs recent KYC infringements came even close to that number....
