Honestly i don’t understand why it would make a difference to their operations, they say it is in the interests of their reputation with suppliers and such but their reputation is already damaged in regards to the queries from ASIC and the negative media surrounding the revenue recognition that led to the scrutiny over the performance rights given to to senior management.
They say that it is also in the interests of shareholders, but which shareholders? Those that are desperate to sell.
