"Dow went down 300 Points" that was Friday, it went up 10 points Monday and ISIS went down 8.65% on Monday.
All of the drugs that ISIS is focusing on are generation 2.5, whereas all the current failures are in generation 2. Generation 1 is history with only one drug reaching market only to be pulled soon after. Generation two only has one drug to reach market (Kynamro) and that has been a commercial failure after two years and IMO will most likely be dropped.
