When the totally dis-interested stop paying attention to the football and the pub and realise that it affects them too. The grubby politicians who are allowing these sort of atrocities to happen on such a regular basis must be held to account - and I don't mean a stern talking to. They must be punished for not perform their civic duties to the native populations of Europe.
