It's not electroceuticals, and not a biotech as such, you might find it worthwhile to take a very close look at Anteo Diagnostics (ADO). The technology is proven, and at the moment there is acceptance testing going on with various leading companies. Plenty to read about and very informative forum.
I'm still looking at ANP and hold a variety of bios.
